- 25-year guarantee certificate
Families who keep a board out for everyday games will find plenty of room on this 60 cm (about 24 in) classic eagle backgammon set (nardi), and the back doubles as a draughts board. Our workshop carves it out of one piece of beech and engraves an eagle into the wood.
The eagle is thought of as a bird of power and majesty, and here it is engraved into pale, straw-coloured beech. Each player moves fifteen checkers around twenty-four points, with the dice setting the pace of every turn. A quick game after dinner needs no setting up when the board lives on a side table.
