When Will I receive my order?
Orders ship Monday–Friday. Every order is checked and carefully packed within 3–7 business days after it is placed. Standard delivery then takes 8–16 business days; express delivery takes 2–5 days.
*Personal engraving (custom label) is free of charge. Engraving is done on the same day, so it does not delay your order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship worldwide, with a tracking number on every parcel.

How Much is shipping fee?
Standard shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and several other countries. All rates, including express delivery, are listed in our shipping policy and shown at checkout.
Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
