Return Policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at info@hrachyaohanyan.co with your order number. We will reply with the return address and a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free return shipping
Returns are free: we pay for return shipping by providing a prepaid return label. Nothing is deducted from your refund for return shipping. Returns are sent back by mail.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need some additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@hrachyaohanyan.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Custom-made and personalized items (for example, engraved or made-to-order pieces) and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions as above.
