- 25-year guarantee certificate
Deer are often seen as embodiments of nobility and majesty, of beauty and grace, and one is engraved on this deer backgammon set (nardi) with a contour outline. Its 60 cm (about 24 in) board is carved from one piece of beech.
The beech is finished with natural beeswax, and the back of the board is set out for a game of checkers. Nardi, as backgammon is commonly called in Armenia, is a game for long evenings, and with a deer engraved into it this set belongs as much in a reading room as on the table at a lively game night.
