About Backgammon Sets
Handmade wooden backgammon sets (nardi) from the Hrachya Ohanyan workshop — hand-carved in walnut and beech, finished by hand and made to be played for generations.
Every board is shaped by skilled masters through many stages of handwork. Choose from classic ornaments and braided patterns, Armenian churches and coats of arms, oil-painted scenes, modern epoxy resin designs and boards featuring our copyrighted Mount Ararat (Masis) outline. Many models are fitted with cast bronze hinges and locks, and some are two-sided with a checkers board on the reverse.
