- 25-year guarantee certificate
Grace and beauty are what the peacock has stood for in many cultures, which have long prized it as an exotic bird, and on this peacock backgammon set (nardi) it is engraved together with an arched panel. One piece of beech, finished with natural beeswax, forms the 60 cm (about 24 in) board.
The male has even been likened to a rainbow come to life. Because the back of the board is made for draughts, the set holds a second game as well. Left out on a table in the living room, the peacock catches the eye of guests who have never played nardi.
