    At 60 cm across, this wooden wall clock is sized for a large wall: above a sofa, in an entrance hall or in a spacious office. Completely handcrafted, the clock is carved out of a single piece of beech and bears an engraving of Etchmiadzin Cathedral.

    The cathedral is the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Tradition dates its building to the early fourth century, and it is held to be ancient Armenia’s first Christian cathedral and one of the oldest anywhere. UNESCO lists it as World Heritage, together with the other churches of Etchmiadzin, including St. Hripsime and St. Gayane, and the archaeological site of Zvartnots.
