Chess Table with Bronze Details, 60 cm

This wooden chess table gives a library corner, a study or a living room a permanent place for the game, so two players can sit down to a match without clearing a space first. Measuring 60 x 60 x 63 cm (about 24 in), it is made from a single piece of beech and carries our copyrighted contour outline. Drawers on two sides hold the chess figures between games.

The playing field is surrounded by an engraved weave ornament built from intricate elements, and the drawers and legs are covered with similar engraving, so the ornament carries through the whole piece of furniture. Bronze supplies the finishing details: the chessboard’s letters and numbers are cast in it, and so are the drawer handles, which take the shape of our logo.
