Shaped from natural bone, with carefully worked corners, these dice come presented in a gift box. They are a classic accessory for backgammon (nardi) and work just as well for other games played with dice. Because bone is a natural material, each die has its own subtle character.
In backgammon the dice supply the element of chance in a game that otherwise rewards skill. Kept in their box, they stay together between games, and the set can be passed straight on to a backgammon player who values traditional materials, or to a collector of game accessories.
