This handmade backgammon set (nardi) is carved from a single piece of walnut wood, with a 60 cm board, featuring a still-life oil painting of pomegranates and grapes sealed under clear epoxy resin.
Each painting is created entirely by hand, so every board has its own color tones and character. Colorful epoxy resin details on the playing field add a modern artistic touch.
The reverse side is laid out for checkers (draughts).
