This handmade backgammon set (nardi) is carved from a single piece of beech wood, with a 60 cm board, featuring Tigran the Great and the brand's copyrighted Mount Ararat outline.
Tigran the Great, one of the most powerful Armenian kings, under whom Armenia stretched from sea to sea, is carved on one side as a symbol of victory, power and strength. The board carries Hrachya Ohanyan's copyrighted Mount Ararat outline, a signature design the workshop has used on its products since 2000.
The reverse side is laid out for checkers (draughts).
