This handmade backgammon set (nardi) is carved from a single piece of walnut wood, with a 60 cm board, featuring the story of Noah, the brand's copyrighted Mount Ararat outline and hornbeam wood inlay (incrustation).
A scene from the biblical story of Noah, who built the ark at God's command to save his family and two of every living creature from the Flood, is engraved on one side. The board carries Hrachya Ohanyan's copyrighted Mount Ararat outline, a signature design the workshop has used on its products since 2000. Hornbeam wood incrustation (inlay) adds a contrasting detail to the walnut.
The reverse side is laid out for checkers (draughts).
