It is a classic model, its board carved out of a single piece of beech; one side is plain, and the other is prepared for a game of checkers.

The plain side keeps the look simple, so the board fits any room without competing with the furniture. At this size it sits comfortably on a dining table, with space left for cups and a bowl of nuts. Backgammon needs only two players and a pair of dice to begin, and the winner is the first to clear all fifteen checkers from the board.

Product details

Size: 50 x 50 x 3 cm

Material: Beech wood

Finish: Varnished

Hardware: Cast bronze hinges and locks

Weight: 4 kg (5.5 kg packed)

Brand: Hrachya Ohanyan

Model: 11242

What's included

32 playing pieces in beech and walnut wood, each with a velvet-lined base

Dice made from billiard balls

Branded carry case

Every set is completely handcrafted and comes with a 25-year guarantee certificate.
